Cutting the Gordian Knot 
There is a typo in your byline.
“ARMCHAIR ANALYSIS OF MACROECONOMICS, GEOPOLITICS AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT EFFECTS US.”
That should read “everything else that AFFECTS us.”
Many people confuse the two words, these days (though still mercifully few journalists or editors). “Effect” is less often used as a verb. When it is used, it implies leverage (eg., to “effect change”), not alteration.
Just thought you should know. Yours is a very well edited website which I enjoyed reading. So it’s a pity to have an apparently unprofessional header.
